You manage your workspace’s saved card and payment records from the billing page. Use it when you need a receipt, an invoice, or a change to saved billing information. These controls are available to workspace owners in on-demand workspaces on Athena-managed cloud deployments. Other workspace members and managers cannot access the payment records.

How to find a payment, open its receipt and download an invoice

  1. Open Workspace Settings
  2. Open Billing
  3. Review Top-up history
  4. Find the payment
  5. Open the receipt
  6. Download the invoice
  7. No PDF? Use Invoice
  8. Open the billing portal

Find a receipt or invoice

  1. Open Workspace Settings, then Billing.
  2. Review Top-up history for credit top-ups, their amounts, dates, sources, and statuses.
  3. Find the payment in Invoices & receipts. Payments appear newest first. Each row shows the amount, status, and date. It also shows an invoice number and card details when available.
  4. Select Receipt to open the payment receipt in a new tab. Select Invoice PDF to download an invoice, which also opens in a new tab. If a PDF is unavailable but a hosted invoice exists, select Invoice instead.
The receipt and invoice controls appear only when that payment has the corresponding link. If you see No invoices or receipts yet., no records are currently returned. A temporary payment-service issue can also leave this section empty.

Open the billing portal

  1. In Billing, find Payment method.
  2. Select Manage billing in Stripe.
  3. Use the hosted billing portal to update saved billing information. It opens in the same tab.
  4. Return to Billing to review the workspace’s payment method.

Remove a saved card

  1. Under Payment method, check the card brand and last four digits.
  2. Select Remove card.
  3. Review the confirmation and confirm removal.
Removing the saved card also turns automatic recharge off. Your next manual top-up uses Stripe checkout until you save another card. To save a card again, complete a top-up through checkout.

Good to know

The saved card is used for both manual top-ups and automatic recharge. Check it before confirming a charge or enabling automatic recharge. These payment controls require an active billing account. A workspace using an enterprise agreement does not manage a prepaid balance through these controls. Top-up history tracks credit funding; use the receipt or invoice for the payment record, including any applicable tax.
