With Athena, you can create Gmail drafts effortlessly, specifying recipients, subject lines, message content, and carbon copy recipients to streamline the email composition process.Additionally, Athena’s powerful search capabilities enable you to retrieve specific emails utilizing a variety of filters, such as sender, recipient, subject keywords, date ranges, and attachment presence.
Disclaimer: Emails integrated with Athena are private to your workspace by default and no content is automatically shared with other workspace members.
Currently, Athena does not automatically respond to incoming emails, please reach out to enable email response for your workspace.

Integrate email client

Connect your Gmail account

Navigate to Settings. Click on the Email tab. Select Gmail.

Authorize

Authorize Athena to access your Gmail account.

Create email drafts

Currently, Athena supports only Gmail drafts, drafting emails in Outlook is planned for a future release.
Athena enables you to draft emails with attachments!
Open Spaces. Open any document and summarize it using Chat. In the Chat, enter the following prompt and press Enter.
Prompt
Can you draft an email with the summary along with the PDF @your-file-name?
Replace your-file-name with the file you wish to attach to your email.

Search email

You can filter your email by various elements. In the Chat sidebar, enter the following prompts and press Enter.
