Workbench in Athena is a dedicated environment where users can add context-specific assets for Athena agents. While the Knowledge Base serves as a general information repository, the Workbench provides a focused workspace for specific use cases and projects.

Step-by-step Instructions

Open Spaces

Navigate to Spaces. Click on the book icon in the Chat window.

Add assets

Select the assets you wish the agent to see on each message submission to the workbench. Click on Save Changes.

Interact with Athena

You can ask any question to Athena and she will take the assets in the workbench as a reference while answering your query. Enter the following in Chat and press Enter.
