Athena Intelligence builds two things: Olympus, the platform where your people and AI agents work together, and Athena, the agent that works inside it.

Olympus

Olympus is your organization’s workspace. Everything in it is an asset: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, notebooks, databases and the files in Olympus Drive. People and agents work in the same assets at the same time, and every change records who made it.
  • Your data, connected. Connect systems such as SharePoint, Snowflake, Salesforce and Jira. See Connect your data.
  • Your access model. Most integrations access connected systems as each user, so the source system’s permissions apply. A shared connection uses the permissions of the account that set it up; see Sharing a Prometheus connection before you share one.
  • Your deployment. Run Olympus in Athena’s managed cloud, in your own cloud account (AWS, Azure or GCP), on-premises, or air-gapped.

Athena

Athena is a general-purpose AI agent. It is the first agent most teams use, and you can build your own agents alongside it.
  • Works in your assets. Athena researches the web and your files, analyzes connected data, and drafts documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Each answer cites its source.
  • Works where your team works. Ask it in chat, email it, mention it in Teams or Slack, call it, or add it to a meeting.
  • Runs your procedures. Write a procedure once as an AOP and run it on demand, on a schedule, or when an email arrives.
  • Stays reviewable. Changes Athena makes are attributed to it and can be undone. You decide which work it does on its own and which you review first.

Security

Compliance

Athena is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant. See Security and data handling.

No training on your data

Your data is used to do your work. It is never used to train models.
