# Mobile inbox, assets, and projects

> Review approvals and drafts, browse assets, and open projects in the native mobile app

The native mobile app gives you an inbox for work awaiting your response, a browser for workspace assets, and a project list. Use it to review an approval, inspect an email draft, or return to project content from your phone. These instructions apply when you have access to the native app.

## Review work in your inbox

1. Open **Inbox**. Review the items waiting for your response.
2. Use **Review** or **List** to choose how you browse pending approvals.
3. Read the requested action. In **Review**, answer with the reject (X) or approve (check) buttons below the card. In **List**, each row shows **Reject** and **Approve** buttons when the item offers those actions.
4. A row marked **Needs input** opens the session that raised it, where you answer in chat. On an approval screen, the chat-icon **Open session** button does the same.
5. Under **DRAFTS TO SEND**, select **View** to inspect a draft before sending it. The draft screen has **Discard**, **Save** and **Send**.
6. Select **Send** when the draft is ready. This sends its current provider content as it is.

Approvals and drafts serve different purposes. An approval answers a request from a blocked run. A draft is prepared content you can review and send. The inbox badge counts pending approvals and drafts together.

## Browse and create assets

1. Open **Drive** and select **Assets** to browse workspace assets.
2. Search for an asset or narrow the list by asset type.
3. Tap an asset to open it. Use **Favorites** to browse saved favorites or **Drives** to open a drive container.
4. Open **Create** to start new work. Choose an asset type such as **Document**, **Spreadsheet**, or **Presentation**, then complete its creation flow.

## Open a project

1. Open **Projects** and use **Search or create a project** to find a project.
2. Tap the project to open its content.
3. Under **Project content**, tap a linked file or session to open it.
4. Select **Open full project** when you need the full web project view.

## Good to know

Your workspace and asset permissions still apply on mobile. Inbox actions depend on the type of request and your authority to answer it. An asset may open through a native view or a web view, depending on its type.

Native app distribution is separate from adding a browser shortcut to your phone's home screen. These steps do not describe the browser shortcut.

## Recover a response and inspect activity

1. Open the session on your phone.
2. To request the response again, open the assistant message's action menu and choose **Retry** when available.
3. To resume a stopped or interrupted run, select **Continue** below the latest run marker when it appears.
4. Tap the message's activity row to open **Agent activity** and inspect reasoning and tool activity.
5. Tap a chat image to open **Image preview**.

Recovery controls require an editable session and are unavailable while a run is already active.

## Open application previews

Open a User Interface asset to view its preview, or a Computer asset to view its running application. A Computer must have an available application port before its preview can load. These previews use your existing asset access.
