The course starts from an empty workspace, with no email or files connected. Use the Northwind starter kit to get answers, make deliverables, and practice repeated work. Connecting your own sources is optional; later lessons explain any extra access and the fallback. ## Who it’s for This course is for people who turn files, emails, and meetings into decisions and deliverables. It also helps team leads make repeated work consistent, and builders turn those methods into applications. Follow the lessons in order through Northwind’s fictional freight exceptions work, or start with the outcome you need.
